1.1 Zoom Lessons:

  • Refunds for Zoom lessons are available if the cancellation is made 24 hours or more before the scheduled class time.

1.2 Courses Bought on Website:

  • Courses purchased on our website are non-refundable once payment has been approved.


2. Refund Procedure

  • To request a refund for a Zoom lesson, please contact us at englishwayfinder@gmail.com with details of your cancellation made 24 hours or more in advance.

2.2 Courses Bought on Website:

  • Refunds for courses purchased on our website will not be processed once payment has been approved.

  • In the event of service disruptions or cancellations initiated by English Wayfinder, we will work with affected individuals to reschedule or provide suitable alternatives.
